If this is a fireworks emergency or if a fire hazard is observed call 911

Use this form to document suspected unpermitted fireworks activity. Please check the NFD website for a list of fireworks permits that have been issued for the day. Fireworks Permits do not authorize displays after 10:00 PM.

To report current unauthorized fireworks activity, such as displays after 10:00 PM or displays without a permit, call Newbury Fire Department Dispatch at 763-2221.

This report does not result in immediate follow-up, but it will be reviewed by the Newbury Fire Department so that problem areas can be identified and enforcement action taken if necessary.
